大连龙兴海运公司在日本～烟台·大连之间实施每周2班的全集装箱服务,此次由8月中旬开始又追加停靠天津新港。 该公司在日本～烟台·大连航线上投入了4艘全集装箱船,在2条航线上各配船2艘。 新的往返日程为:大阪（周三）～横滨（周四/周五）～天津新港（周二/周四）～大连（周五/周日）。
