冬眠灵(盐酸氯丙嗪)对中枢神经系统有特殊的安定作用,临床应用较为广泛,亦常用以治疗精神分裂症。其付作用主要有低血压、心悸、体温下降,皮炎、刺激过敏,消化道症状和帕金森氏综合征以及病情较为严重的造血机能紊乱,黄疸,血管性虚脱等。本文报告一例大量服用冬眠灵所引起的表现为发热、全身浮肿和皮肤色素沉着的特殊类型药物反应及其治疗经过。病历摘要申××男 29岁,工人,患者因持续性发热(38℃—39℃)二十多天和渐逐加重的全身浮肿及皮肤色素沉着,于1979年4月30日来诊。当时,
