本文包括如下内容: (1)研究了电子束焊钼时,熔池区域局部真空度及焊接工艺对局都真空度的影响。对焊接寸可能进行的冶金反应进行了热力学分析。 (2)研究了焊接工艺对接头性能,特别是接头塑性的影响。 (3)研究了焊接工艺对焊缝晶粒度、晶界杂质及晶体塑性的影响,并对钼焊接接头的脆化原因进行了分析。 在上述研究结果的基础上,作者提出以ZD-30屯子束焊机焊接厚度为1.5毫米钼板的合适的工艺规范,并提出了改进钼接头塑性的方向。
This paper includes the following: (1) Studied the effect of partial vacuum of welding pool area and welding process on the vacuum degree of vacuum when electron beam welding molybdenum. Thermodynamic analysis of the possible metallurgical reactions of the welded joints was carried out. (2) The effect of welding process on joint performance, especially joint plasticity was studied. (3) The effects of welding process on the grain size, grain boundary impurities and the plasticity of the weld were studied. The causes of the embrittlement of molybdenum welded joints were also analyzed. Based on the above research results, the authors propose a suitable process specification for welding a molybdenum plate with a thickness of 1.5 mm with a ZD-30 Tuenzi beam welding machine, and propose the direction of improving the plasticity of the molybdenum joint.
