心理学研究表明,人所进行的一切实践活动,都是在一定的心理活动支配下完成的。人的潜能的发挥是由心理素质决定的,一个心理素质好的人,他的潜能能够得到充分发挥。作为教育工作者,更应关注学生心理,帮助学生分析心理,从而解决学生实际生活中遇到的心理问题。笔者以中职教育为例,对当前学生中存在的心理问题及相应对策进行了探讨。
Psychological research shows that all the practical activities carried out by people are accomplished under the control of certain psychological activities. Man’s potential is determined by the psychological quality of a good psychological quality of people, his potential can be fully realized. As educators, we should pay more attention to students’ psychology and help students to analyze psychology so as to solve the psychological problems that students encounter in real life. The author takes secondary vocational education as an example to discuss the psychological problems existing in students and the corresponding countermeasures.
