针对现有液压支架焊缝检测方法的局限性,探索将金属磁记忆的方法引入到支架焊缝检测的技术。检测系统设计由磁阻传感器、信号调理电路、单片机、电流变送器、相关程序等构成,介绍了几个主要硬件模块的设计思路及实现方法。通过实验验证,结果表明:金属磁记忆检测方法可以有效检测液压支架焊缝质量,该方法较为稳定、可靠。
In view of the limitations of existing hydraulic support weld inspection methods, the paper introduces the method of introducing metal magnetic memory into the inspection of weld support. The design of the detection system is composed of magnetoresistive sensor, signal conditioning circuit, SCM, current transducer and related programs. The design ideas and implementation methods of several main hardware modules are introduced. The experimental results show that the method of metal magnetic memory testing can effectively detect the weld quality of hydraulic support, which is more stable and reliable.
