目的选择最适合食品中沙门菌生长的增菌培养基和分离培养基,促进沙门菌生长,提高沙门菌的检出率。方法在市场上购买一批生的禽、畜类肉制品,分别通过均质器混匀,各分成两份,分别用常规培养基和本实验培养基同时增菌培养,应用改良分子信标荧光PCR检测试剂盒和mini-VIDAS全自动荧光免疫分析仪对两种增菌液进行初筛,对结果阳性者划线分离,阳性菌株经VITEK2COMPACT生化鉴定仪鉴定。结果样品经本实验增菌液增菌后,分离平板上的可疑菌落明显增多,检出沙门菌的几率也有很大提高。结论改用本实验培养基后,能有效提高沙门菌的检出率。
Objective To select the most suitable enrichment medium for Salmonella growth in food and to separate the culture medium so as to promote the growth of Salmonella and improve the detection rate of Salmonella. Methods A batch of raw meat products of poultry and livestock were purchased on the market. The products were respectively homogenized and homogenized. Each part was divided into two parts, each of which was cultured in conventional medium and the experimental medium at the same time. The modified molecular beacon fluorescence PCR Detection kit and mini-VIDAS automatic fluorescence immunoassay of the two kinds of enrichment liquid for screening, positive results were streaked separation, positive strains identified by VITEK2COMPACT biochemical analyzer. Results After the sample was enriched by the broth in this experiment, the number of suspicious colonies on the separation plate was significantly increased, and the chance of detecting Salmonella was also greatly increased. Conclusion The switch to the experimental medium, can effectively improve the detection rate of Salmonella.
