爆破振动是爆破主要有害效应之一。歪头山铁矿爆破振动对周围建筑物影响十分严重,使选厂主厂房南墙产生了长达20m、宽2~6cm的裂缝,过滤北墙角裂缝长达10m,精矿仓小屋产生多处裂缝;周围居民对爆破振动反应强烈,被迫停止生产爆破一个多月。为解决歪头山铁矿爆破危及正常生产问题,由冶金部安全环保研究院、本溪钢铁公司、歪头山铁矿、东北工学院承担科研任务,三年来先后通过现场调查,现场振动测量,实验室模拟
