目的:探究不同部位的急性心肌梗死并发心律失常的临床症状以及护理措施。方法:选取100例急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者,对这100例急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者的临床特点进行观察并给予相应的护理措施。结果:根据不同部位急性心肌梗死患者的临床特点给予患者相应的护理之后,有6例患者出现死亡的情况。结论:对不同部位的急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者的临床特点进行观察,并对患者实施有效的护理,可以减缓患者的临床不良症状,改善患者的病情,减少患者出现死亡的情况。
Objective: To investigate the clinical symptoms and nursing measures of acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia in different parts. Methods: A total of 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by arrhythmia were enrolled. The clinical features of 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia were observed and the corresponding nursing measures were given. Results: According to the clinical characteristics of patients with acute myocardial infarction in different parts of patients given the appropriate care, there were 6 patients died. Conclusion: To observe the clinical features of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia in different parts and to provide effective nursing care can alleviate the clinical symptoms, improve the patient’s condition and reduce the patient’s death.
