本刊讯7月26日,上海市十三届人大常委会第20次会议审议了《上海市建筑节能条例(草案)》(以下简称《条例》)。《条例》列出了政府对建筑节能的一系列激励措施,包括“民用建筑节能项目依法享受税收优惠”、“鼓励金融机构按照国家规定,对民用建筑节能项目提供信贷支持”等。
On July 26, the 20th meeting of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee examined the “Shanghai Building Energy Conservation Ordinance (Draft)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”). The “Regulations” list a series of government incentives for building energy efficiency, including “tax incentives for civil building energy saving projects according to law” and “encourage financial institutions to provide credit support for energy saving projects in civil buildings” as required by the state .
