近年来,国家高度重视学前教育事业,在这大背景下幼儿园如雨后春笋般蓬勃发展,幼儿园的发展主要依赖幼儿园教师的素质,为此幼儿园教师的专业发展显得尤为重要。本研究通过与幼儿园教师进行深入访谈,探讨幼儿园教师专业发展存在的问题及发展有效途径。结果发现,幼儿园教师所面临专业发展问题包括学历水平的提升,知识结构的完善,科研能力的提高等,为促进幼儿园教师的成长,笔者通过调查研究对教师及幼儿园两方面提出了解决问题建议,供大家参考。
In recent years, the state attaches great importance to the cause of pre-school education, kindergartens in this context booming mushrooming, the development of kindergartens mainly rely on the quality of kindergarten teachers, kindergarten teachers for this professional development is particularly important. Through in-depth interviews with kindergarten teachers, this study explores the problems existing in kindergarten teachers’ professional development and the effective ways to develop them. The results showed that kindergarten teachers faced with professional development problems include the improvement of academic qualifications, the improvement of knowledge structure and the improvement of scientific research ability. In order to promote the growth of kindergarten teachers, the author put forward suggestions on how to solve problems for teachers and kindergartens through investigation and study, For reference.
