日前,浙江省建设厅和省教育厅的负责人分别就制止向建房农户和农村中小学生乱收费提出明确的规范意见。浙江省建设厅要求:各级建设行政主管部门向建房农户代收建设费用时,一定要严格遵照省政府规定的费种范围和收费标准。农民建房中目前属合法的收费费种为城市市政基础设施配套费、集镇配套设施建设费(标准待定)和白蚁防治费(新标准待定)。各地不得擅自超标准、超范围收费,不得继续收取已明令取消的费种,不得为其他系统代征代收行政事业性收费,不得以任何名义为规划设计、建筑设计、勘测等
Recently, heads of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Construction and Provincial Department of Education respectively put forward specific normative opinions on stopping random charges to building houses and rural primary and middle school students.
