CEPA零关税商品再添200种 香港工贸署长何铸明在北京和商务部官员会谈,商讨CEPA安排下以零关税输入内地的港货名单,再进一步扩至另外200种商品,包括食品、电器、电子产品、纺织成衣、金属制品及塑胶制品等。预计商讨年底前将有结果,明年初可实施。 按CEPA原本的安排,香港有273种产品可以零关税输入内地,18种服务行业也获准在内地拓展业务。若全部接纳该次名单,准以零关税进口内地的港货将增至43项。
CEPA zero tariffs added 200 Hong Kong Trade and Industry Minister He Zhuaming met with officials of the Ministry of Commerce in Beijing to discuss CEPA arrangements with zero tariffs to enter the Mainland’s list of Hong Kong and then further to another 200 kinds of goods, including food, electrical appliances, Electronic products, textile garments, metal products and plastic products. It is expected that there will be results before the end of the negotiation and will be implemented early next year. According to the original arrangement of CEPA, 273 kinds of products in Hong Kong can be imported into the Mainland with zero tariffs and 18 kinds of service industries are allowed to expand their business in the Mainland. If all are accepted, the import of goods subject to zero tariffs in the Mainland will increase to 43.
