蓝光盘(Blu ray Disc,缩写为BD)是当前最先进的大容量光碟格式,BD激光技术的巨大进步,使你能够在一张单碟上存储25GB的文档文件,在容量上这是现有DVD单碟的5倍(DVD的容量一般为4.7GB)。蓝光技术虽好,但是论普及比传统DVD还差得远。尽管如此,目前蓝光技术已经得到了世界上170多家大的游戏公司、电影公司、消费电子和家用电脑制造商的支持。近年来大批量的电影类BD产品占据了高清影碟的市场主流,音乐类BD产品虽然为数尚少,但是也开始陆续出现在市场上。事实上音乐类影片非常适合转为蓝光化发行,尤其是歌剧和现场音乐会。BD庞大的容量,让高清视频技术和其他技术性支持大有用武之地。近来市面上的几款音乐会BD碟片,让我们初步体验了普罗乐迷在蓝光时代即将获得的幸福感。
