稻负泥虫是一种取食水稻的叶面害虫,群众俗称“老鼠屎虫”。近几年来,该虫在我县早稻上发生危害较重,影响水稻的正常生长,1975—1980年我们进行了观察,以为大田防治提供依据。 一、为害情况 我县早稻前期普遍发生负泥虫,其成虫和幼虫都为害水稻,此外还能取食茭白和其它禾本科杂草,食取植物叶片的叶肉,仅留表皮,呈“麻布”条纹状。一头幼虫一生可取食为害3—5片叶,叶片被害后光合作用受影响,水稻迟发,分蘖比正常禾苗减少1—2根,植株矮1.5—2厘米,使禾苗不能正常生长发育。
