数字文化产业,是以数字技术作为载体,以创意作为动力,对各种文化资源进行整合创新的内容文化产业。河北省具有发展数字文化产业的产业基础优势、资源优势、区位、人才优势以及政府强有力的支持和较为优质的服务平台。但是,离建设文化强省和进入全国第一方阵的要求还有很大的差距,面临来自各方面的挑战,应充分认识发展数字文化产业的重要意义,以数字技术整合文化资源,走创新发展、集聚发展的道路,建立科学的数字文化产业人才培养和使用机制,把河北省建设成为数字文化产业强省。
