反流性食管炎(RE)的治疗原则是改善食管下段括约肌(LES)的功能状态减少胃食管反流。我们通过柴夏冲剂对大鼠反流性食管炎胃肠激素作用的实验研究,表现其有良好的调节胃肠激素作用,从而达到改善LES功能状态的目的,现报告如下。
The principle of treatment for reflux esophagitis (RE) is to improve the functional status of the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) and reduce gastroesophageal reflux. We studied the effects of Chai Xia Granules on the gastrointestinal hormones in rats with reflux esophagitis, showing that it has a good role in regulating gastrointestinal hormones, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the functional status of LES, as reported below.
