目的:考察1stOpt最优算法软件在羟苯磺酸钙药动学研究中的应用。方法:应用1stOpt最优算法软件和3P97药动学软件件对羟苯磺酸钙血药浓度-时间曲线分别进行拟合和比较。结果:2种方法均以一室模型拟合时,3P97实测值与计算值的残差平方和是1stOpt的4.91倍。如3P97以一室模型拟合,1stOpt以二室拟合时,3P97实测值与计算值的残差平方和是1stOpt的14.22倍。结论:1stOpt最优算法软件对羟苯磺酸钙血药浓度-时间曲线的拟合优于3P97药动学软件。
Objective: To investigate the application of 1stOpt optimal algorithm software in pharmacokinetics of calcium dobesilate. Methods: The 1stOpt optimal algorithm and 3P97 pharmacokinetic software were used to fit and compare the plasma concentration-time curves of calcium dobesilate. Results: When the two methods were fitted by a one-compartment model, the residual sum of squares of 3P97 measured values and calculated values was 4.91 times of that of 1stOpt. For example, if 3P97 is fitted as a one-compartment model and the 1stOpt is fitted in two rooms, the residual sum of squares of 3P97 measured values and calculated values is 14.22 times of 1stOpt. Conclusion: 1stOpt optimal algorithm software is better than 3P97 pharmacokinetic software in fitting the curve of plasma concentration-time of calcium dobesilate.
