我们成都钢铁厂的《成钢报》创刊五年来,领导上一直把《成钢报》当作企业党委进行思想政治工作的有力工具,同时又是厂长进行行政指挥的有力工具。无论党委书记,还是厂长,都很重视报纸建设。在不长的时间内,《成钢报》的专职编采人员,由最初的三人,配备到九人,由半月刊发展到周刊;厂里先后为《成钢报》编辑部投资近二十万元,改善印刷条件和添置照相、制版装备;出报经费计划得比较宽余;给编采人员配备了相应的学习资料和工具书。党委和行政尽可能地为报纸工作创造条件。除了给办报人员提供物质条件外,还尽可能将中央、省、市的指示及厂里的生产工作安排告诉他
