为解决装载机无法在易燃、易爆、有毒、有辐射等危险场合下工作,及驾驶员劳动强度大等难题,采用AMEsim软件分析的方法设计了一种装载机遥控的方式和系统,利用AMEsim建立了系统的机电液耦合模型,通过使用AMEsim中的信号模块参数设置来模拟遥控信号输入,然后对装载机的遥控系统进行了仿真.结果表明:仿真结果与提前设置的参数信号所对应的状态相符,证明了这种新型的装载机设计方案的可行性.
In order to solve the problems that the loader can not work in hazardous situations such as flammable, explosive, poisonous, radiation and so on, as well as the labor intensity of drivers, this paper designs a method and system for remote control of loader by means of AMEsim software analysis. AMEsim established a system electromechanical-hydraulic coupling model and simulated the remote control signal input by using the signal module parameters of AMEsim, and then simulated the remote control system of the loader.The results show that the simulation results correspond to the parameter signals set in advance State of conformity, proving the feasibility of this new type of loader design.
