目的:探讨尿刷状缘酶对糖尿病患者早期肾损伤的诊断价值。方法:根据病程将84例糖尿病(dabetes mellitus,DM)患者分为三组:A组病程3年以内,B组病程3~10年之间,C组病程10年以上。检测他们及30例正常对照组的尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminidase,NAG)和尿刷状缘酶,后者包括碱性磷酸酶(alkaline、phosphatase,ALP)和亮氨酸氨基肽酶(leucineaminopeptidase,LAP)。结果:DM各组与对照组尿NAG差异有显著性(P<0.05),各组间尿刷状缘酶的差异亦有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:尿刷状缘酶检查可用于早期DM肾损伤的检测。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of urinary brush margin enzyme for early renal injury in diabetic patients. Methods: Eighty-four patients with dabetes mellitus (DM) were divided into three groups according to their duration of disease: group A was within 3 years, group B was between 3 and 10 years, and group C was over 10 years. They were tested for urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) and urinary brush border enzymes in 30 normal controls, the latter including alkaline phosphatase alkaline, phosphatase, ALP) and leucine aminopeptidase (LAP). Results: There was significant difference in urinary NAG between DM group and control group (P <0.05), and there was also significant difference in urinary brush edge margin between groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Urine brush margin enzyme test can be used to detect early diabetic nephropathy.
