新闻出版署出台调整报刊结构意见经多方调查研究和征求意见,新闻出版署《关于落实中央“两办”30号文件调整报刊结构的意见》,已于近日出台。这份《意见》规定,中央和国家机关各部门原则上不办机关报,现有报纸可在自愿协商的基础上划归《人民日报》、《光明日报》等党报或报业集团;中央和国家机关各部门所办的报纸,内容重复的予以合并,发行量在3万份以下的予以撤销,继续办的报纸自2000年1月1日起一律自负盈亏,不再发文征订;中央和国家机关各部门直接主管主办的期刊只保留一种,其余一律停办或划转;各司、局主管主办的报刊一律停办或划转。
