Introduction The WTO TBT Committee met from November 6 to November 10, 2000. The first four days were informal discussions. The last day was an official meeting. By consensus, the TBT Committee adopted the WTO TBT Agreement Report of the Second Triennial Review (G TBT 9). This article will introduce some of the main elements of the report. 2. International standards, guidelines and recommendations
