研究了几种新型保鲜剂对两种欧美葡萄的贮藏保鲜效果。试验证明,F-6S-A2对圣诞玫瑰以及F-6S-A3对红地葡萄有一定保鲜效果,可溶性固形物含量和pH值均上升。穗梗,果便褐变程度也比其它处理轻。病害的发生、烂果率、损耗率也比其它处理及CK低。
The effects of several new preservatives on the storage and preservation of two European and American grapes were studied. Experiments show that F-6S-A2 has some preservation effect on Christmas rose and F-6S-A3 on red grape, and both soluble solid content and pH value increase. Spike stems, fruit browning degree is also lighter than other treatments. Disease occurrence, rotten fruit rate, loss rate is also lower than other treatments and CK.
