老龄问题是世界共同面临的课题。实现健康老龄化成为一项全球性的发展战略,健康老龄化需要终身教育来配合。作为老年教育主要形式的老年大学,在我国自1983 年创办以来,已有十几年的发展历史,但至今社会的认识尚不统一,老年大学的任务、性质、内容等基本问题还在争议、困惑之中。 1999 年是国际老年人年。在国际老年人年到来之际,探讨发展老年教育问题有着特殊的现实意义和社会意义
The issue of aging is a common problem facing the world. Achieving healthy aging has become a global development strategy, and healthy aging requires lifelong education. As the main form of education for the elderly, the elderly university in our country has been developing for more than ten years since it was founded in 1983. However, the social understanding is not uniform so far. The basic problems such as the mission, nature and content of the university for the elderly are still debated. Confused. 1999 is the International Year of Older Persons.
