(2007年11月30日国家林业局令第24号根据2015年4月30日国家林业局令第37号修改)第一条为了规范国家林业局产品质量检验检测机构(以下简称“林业质检机构”)的管理,根据《中华人民共和国标准化法》和国家有关规定,制定本办法。第二条本办法所称林业质检机构,是指经国家林业局批准设立的从事林业产品质量检验检测活动的机构。第三条国家林业局依法负责监督和指导林业质检机构的管理工作。第四条林业质检机构应当按照科学、公正的原则,严格执行有关法律、法规和技术标准。
(Order No. 24 of the State Forestry Administration, November 30, 2007, as amended by Order No. 37 of the State Forestry Administration of April 30, 2015) Article 1 In order to standardize the quality inspection and testing organization of the State Forestry Administration (hereinafter referred to as “ Inspection agencies ”), in accordance with“ Standardization Law of the People’s Republic of China ”and the relevant state regulations, the development of this approach. Article 2 The “forestry quality inspection agencies” mentioned in the present Measures refers to the institutions engaged in the inspection and testing of the quality of forestry products approved by the State Forestry Administration. Article 3 The State Forestry Administration shall be responsible for supervising and guiding the management of forestry quality inspection agencies according to law. Article 4 Forestry quality inspection agencies shall strictly follow relevant laws, regulations and technical standards in accordance with the principle of science and impartiality.
