节段状视网膜动脉周围炎系一种罕见的眼底病。以沿视网膜动脉播散的白色、黄色或灰色节段状渗出斑块为特征。通常伴有活动性色素膜炎,特别是后部色素膜炎。在动脉病变的附近,视网膜可有出血及水肿,并可见急性渗出性脉络膜病灶。 1933年Kyrieleis首先报告一例急性脉络膜炎患者的视网膜动脉有此种改变,以后陆续有少数病例报告。1964年以来,我国仅报告过5例,我院遇到1例,报告如下: 男,30岁。因双眼视物模糊13天入院。右眼前
Segmental retinal periarteritis is a rare ocular fundus disease. Features white, yellow or gray segmented plaques exuding along the retinal artery. Often accompanied by active pigmentary inflammation, especially pigmentary meningitis. In the vicinity of arterial lesions, the retina may have bleeding and edema, and acute exudative choroidal lesions can be seen. In 1933 Kyrieleis first reported a case of retinal artery in patients with acute choroiditis with this change, after a small number of cases reported. Since 1964, only 5 cases have been reported in our country and 1 case has been encountered in our hospital. The report is as follows: Male, 30 years old.
