Filtration smoke meter used to measure the internal combustion engine exhaust smoke color, in order to study the work process, evaluate its manufacturing quality. The instrument consists of sampling and evaluation of two parts. Sampling part of the sample is to make a certain amount of exhaust through a certain area of filter paper, so that filter paper adsorption of carbon in the exhaust gas into a carbon-like. Instrument sampling part of the liquid compensation (Figure 1), which consists of a sampling tube, cone chamber 1 and compensator 2 components.
