道路穿越存在差异沉降的煤矿采动区,路面结构产生附加应力,其值可能超过道路允许应力使路面结构破坏,而通过在路面结构中设置横向和纵向变形缝,吸收变形能提高沥青路面抗变形能力。文中基于ANSYS技术建立了路面结构与地基相互作用的有限元模型,分析路面结构在地基差异沉降时的受力性能。结果表明:地表正负曲率变形时,设缝路面基层差异沉降、面层和基层底部最大水平附加应力较不设缝路面均有显著减小。分析结论为设缝路面结构设计提供了理论支持。
Roads passing through coal mining areas with differential settlement may cause additional stress to the pavement structure, which may exceed the allowable stress of the road to destroy the pavement structure. Absorption and deformation can improve the anti-deformation of the asphalt pavement by setting transverse and longitudinal deformation joints in the pavement structure ability. In this paper, the finite element model of the interaction between pavement structure and foundation is established based on the ANSYS technology, and the mechanical behavior of the pavement structure under differential settlement of the foundation is analyzed. The results show that when the positive and negative curvature of the surface deform, the base of the pavement is set differently and the maximum horizontal additional stress at the bottom and base of the pavement is significantly lower than that without the pavement. The conclusion of the analysis provides theoretical support for the design of pavement structure.
