目前幼儿教师的个人知识管理在我国还处在起步阶段。根据本人对中国福利会幼儿园教师进行了对于“个人知识管理”或“知识管理”的调查。个人知识管理在幼儿教师中缺乏重视的情况可见一般。我们发现有关我国教师知识管理的研究大多集中在理论层面,并且对于幼儿教师个人知识管理目前研究不足,特别表现在对幼儿教师个人知识管理、幼儿教师个人知识管理比较、以及个人知识管理对于幼儿教师教学影响等方面缺乏关注。为此,本文希望通过对新手型、经验型和成熟型幼儿教师个人知识管理的研究,探讨教师个人知识的内容、形成等,以对幼儿教师个人知识管理的研究提供一些有价值的信息,在理论方面进一步深化认识、丰富有关教师个人知识的理论建构。
At present, kindergarten teachers’ personal knowledge management is still in the initial stage in our country. According to my Welfare Kindergarten teachers conducted a “personal knowledge management” or “knowledge management” survey. Personal knowledge management in the lack of emphasis on early childhood teachers can be seen in general. We find that most researches on teacher knowledge management in our country focus on the theoretical level, and there is not enough research on kindergarten teachers’primary knowledge management at present, especially for kindergarten teachers ’personal knowledge management, kindergarten teachers’ personal knowledge management, and personal knowledge management for kindergarten teachers Lack of interest in teaching and other aspects of concern. Therefore, this paper hopes to explore the content, formation and so on of teacher’s personal knowledge through the research of novice, experienced and mature kindergarten teachers’ personal knowledge management, in order to provide some valuable information for the study of kindergarten teacher’s personal knowledge management. Further deepen our understanding of theory and enrich the theoretical construction of teachers’ personal knowledge.
