According to the guiding ideology of water conservancy ministry of water transfer from engineering water resources to resource and water conservancy, this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of water resources protection in the Haihe River Basin; puts forward the main tasks, targets and solutions to existing problems of water resources protection in the Haihe River Basin Countermeasures
