近年来,我国加强了对政法干部的培训力度,成效显著,但是在培训的过程中,也发现一些问题。本文分析了政法干部培训中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了自己的解决思路,以期对政法干部的培训工作提供一些借鉴。最后,介绍了自身参与培训工作的经验。
In recent years, China has stepped up its training of cadres in politics and law and achieved remarkable results. However, during the training, some problems were also found. This article analyzes the problems existing in the training of political cadres, and puts forward their own solutions in a targeted manner in order to provide some reference for the training of political cadres. Finally, I introduce my own experience in training.
