白内障超声乳化术过程中难免会出现白内障囊外摘除术中常见的并发症—后囊膜破裂 ,而如何处理并发症 ,并预期的植入后房型人工晶体 ,是提高手术成功率至关重要的过程〔1〕。现将我院在开展超声乳化术中后囊膜破裂后的人工晶状体植入病例 ,进行平均1 2个月随访情况分析如下。1
