针对湿喷混凝土的特点及作用机理,对影响湿喷混凝土泵送性因素进行研究。通过混凝土坍落度试验,对比混凝土的坍落度和扩展度,得到了水泥掺量、聚丙烯纤维、水胶比和砂率与湿喷混凝土可泵送性之间的关系。通过极差、方差和回归分析得出,水胶比和砂率为显著影响因素,且当水泥为400 kg·m~(-3)、聚丙烯纤维为1 kg·m~(-3)、水胶比为0.54和砂率为0.69时湿喷混凝土泵送性最好。同时,通过SPSS软件得出泵送性和影响因素之间的回归方程,确定了湿喷混凝土泵送特性与影响因素之间的关系,为湿喷混凝土现场应用提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the characteristics and mechanism of wet shotcrete, the factors affecting the wettability of wet shotcrete are studied. By comparing the slump and expansion of concrete, the relationship between cement content, polypropylene fiber, water cement ratio and sand rate and pumpability of wet shotcrete was obtained by concrete slump test. Through the analysis of range, variance and regression analysis, the ratio of water to binder and the rate of sand are significant factors. When the cement is 400 kg · m ~ (-3) and the polypropylene fiber is 1 kg · m ~ (-3) When the water-cement ratio is 0.54 and the sand rate is 0.69, wet-laid concrete has the best pumpability. At the same time, the regression equation between pumpability and influencing factors was obtained by SPSS software, and the relationship between pumping characteristics and influencing factors of wet shotcrete was confirmed, which provided a theoretical basis for the field application of wet shotcrete.
