1964年3月26日,中共中央东北局曾在阜新市召开学习哈尔套地区医院经验现场会议,中央卫生部授予哈尔套地区医院“医院革命化的先锋”的光荣称号。一年多来,哈尔套地区医院在党的正确领导下,高举毛泽东思想红旗,坚决贯彻党的面向工农兵、预防为主、团结中西医、卫生工作与群众运动相结合的方针,全院同志团结一致,努力工作,又取得了许多新的成绩。
On March 26, 1964, the Northeast Bureau of the CPC Central Committee held an on-site conference to learn about the experience of the hospital in Harbin. The Ministry of Health conferred the honorable title of “Hospital Revolutionary Pioneer” in the hospital. For more than a year, under the correct leadership of the party, the Haertao District Hospital has held high the red flag of Mao Zedong Thought and resolutely implemented the party’s policy of integrating workers, peasants and soldiers, prevention, uniting Chinese and Western medicine, and health work with the mass movement. The comrades united and worked hard and achieved many new achievements.
