新形势下,各种利益冲突日益复杂多样,人的诉求也同样呈现多样化、隐性化的特征。思想政治工作要放弃过去那种说服群众弃小家、保大家,弃个人、为集体,服从大局、牺牲局部的观念,而应把维护正当的合法利益放在首位,只要利益诉求合法正当,就无个人、集体、国家之分,就无大局和局部之分,都应该一视同仁。这既是现代社会公平正义之所在,也是我们思想政治工作必须维护的主旨和理念。
