文章对响洪甸水库流域上游兴建的中小型水库拦蓄洪水资料进行分析,从而找出上游水利工程对响洪甸水库洪水预报产生误差的原因。并通过对径流系数进行分析,说明水库上游水文站作为大别山区区域代表资料借用其他无资料地区时,应该考虑上游水利工程的影响因素。
The article analyzes the data of intercepting flood in middle and small sized reservoirs in the upper reaches of Xiangdongdian Reservoir, and finds out the reason that the upstream water conservancy projects have an error on the flood forecast of Xianghongdian Reservoir. Through analyzing the runoff coefficient, it is necessary to consider the influencing factors of the upstream water conservancy project when the upper hydrological station of the reservoir borrows other non-material areas as the representative data of the Dabie Mountain area.
