简要介绍了低温热管的设计特点.轴向槽道管芯是一种适合于低温的热管管芯.我们对二种轴向槽道管以氮为工质做了热性能试验,试验结果表明槽道管的起动性能良好、工作可靠、温差小而传热能力大.本文还介绍了用轴向氖槽道热管,使一块1×0.5米~2铝板冷到30K的实验概况.冷板用于模拟深空间4K冷背景.试验结果表明,氖热管稳定工作在26K,传热量5瓦,温差小于2K.
The design features of low temperature heat pipe are briefly introduced.The axial channel die is a kind of heat pipe die suitable for low temperature.We conducted the thermal performance test of two kinds of axial channel pipe with nitrogen as the working fluid, Road tube starting performance is good, reliable, small temperature difference and heat transfer capacity.This paper also introduced the use of axial neon heat pipe, so that a 1 × 0.5m ~ 2 aluminum cold to 30K experimental profile. Cold plate for Simulation of cold space in 4K cold background.The test results show that the neon heat pipe stable work at 26K, heat transfer 5 watts, the temperature difference is less than 2K.
