本文针对高层住宅建筑中常见的外墙渗漏问题展开探讨,通过分析外墙渗漏产生的原因,提出了预防高层住宅外墙渗漏的有效技术和管理措施。
In this paper, the common exterior wall leakage in high-rise residential buildings is discussed. By analyzing the causes of external wall leakage, effective technologies and management measures to prevent the leakage of high-rise residential buildings are proposed.
