由于受八号台风影响,1985年8月14日至15日,伊春市区27小时降雨量90毫米,伊春河及其支流乌马河水位急剧上涨。8月16日凌晨乌马河、伊春河洪水进入市区(以下简称“8.16”大水),16日上午市区内平均水深1.5米,最大水深2.5米。市区内85条街道,有47条被淹,占街道总数的55%,有1.1万户居民住宅进水,占居民总户数的38%,倒塌民房一千余间。市百货大楼、等68个单位被淹(见照片)。这次洪水造成工厂停产半个月,市内交通断绝一周,直接经济损失5,300多万元,其中居民财产损失1.200多万元。
Due to typhoon signal No. 8, August 14-15, 1985, Yichun City, with a rainfall of 90 mm in 27 hours in the urban area, witnessed a sharp rise in the water level of Yichun River and its tributary Uma River.
