在党的十一大路线指引下,攀枝花综合利用科研会议,于1978年2月在成都举行。四川省委杨超同志和冶金部高扬文同志先后到会作了重要讲话。这次会议盛况空前,参加会议的有17个省市、135个单位的370名代表,会上有47名代表介绍了37项主要科研成果,并且介绍了国外有关工艺技术的发展情况。在这些成果中,有一些是坚持遵循伟大领袖毛主席关于综合利用和攀枝花建设的重要指示,排除“四人帮”的扼杀和干扰破坏取得的;有些是粉碎“四人帮”以后,在抓纲治国的战略决策指引下,一年多来迅速做出的。在这些成果中,有应用技术,也有基础理论。过去有人认为,钒钛磁铁精矿粒度粗、造球性能差,不能做球团矿。去年以来,中南矿冶学院等单位分别进行试验,将精矿部分再磨或全部再磨,成球性能良好,球团矿的强度均达到普通铁精矿球
Under the guidance of the 11th National Congress of the CPC, Panzhihua utilized scientific research conferences held in Chengdu in February 1978. Comrade Yang Chao of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Comrade Gao Yangwen of the Metallurgical Department made important speeches at the meeting.
