实验结果表明,1000mg/L的二氧化氯溶液作用5min和500mg/L作用10min均可破坏血清中的HBsAg;500mg/L的二氧化氯溶液作用5min即可全部破坏HBeAg.PCR技术检测证实,作用后HBV—DNA被破坏.
