本文为钛型焊条的研制报告。文中对TiO_2-SiO_2-CaO-Al_2O_3渣系的碱度、冶金特点和物理性能作了一定的研究。结合生产条件,研制出焊接工艺性能优异、焊缝金属机械性能符合要求、且成本低廉的多种规格的钛型焊条。在大量试验工作和稳定生产的基础上,于82年在杭州电焊条厂通过了中国船检局的认可;并于83年四月廿日经高级验船师符致励来杭验收,通过了英国劳氏船级社的认可,为我国大量出口焊条增加了新品种。
This article for the titanium electrode research report. In this paper, the basicity, metallurgical characteristics and physical properties of TiO_2-SiO_2-CaO-Al_2O_3 slag system are studied. Combined with the production conditions, the company has developed a variety of titanium electrode with excellent welding performance, satisfactory weld metal mechanical properties and low cost. On the basis of a large amount of test work and stable production, it passed the approval of China Ship Inspection and Quarantine Bureau in Hangzhou in 1982 and passed the inspection of British Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. on April 20, ’S classification societies recognized for the large number of export electrodes added a new species.
