在考虑管壁壁厚热阻和管壁污垢影响的情况下,导出了高压给水加热器水侧和汽侧的温度分布和给水管壁温度分布计算式。在考虑温差和压降的情况下,导出了高压给水加热器水侧和汽侧的局部传递系数。计算式中体现出了两者内在的耦合关系,通过分析传递系数得出高压给水加热器的各段的传量以及损分布,为确定合理的运行参数以及优化结构参数提供参考。
Considering the thermal resistance of pipe wall and the influence of pipe wall fouling, the temperature distribution on water side and gas side of high pressure feed water heater and the calculation formula of temperature distribution on water supply pipe wall are deduced. Taking account of the temperature difference and the pressure drop, the local coefficient of water transfer of the high-pressure feedwater heater is derived. Computation formula reflects the inherent coupling between the two, through the analysis of the transfer coefficient of the high-pressure feed water heater to get the passage of the amount and the distribution of the loss for the determination of reasonable operating parameters and to optimize the structural parameters provide a reference.
