学校管理不仅是一门综合且复杂的科学,同时也属于一项十分繁杂的系统工程,在此工程中,若想使学校的办学水平及办学效果实现全面的提高,则必须制定并实行科学合理的学校管理策略。同时在管理学校的过程中,应当严格遵循以人为本的原则。为此,笔者以羊角小学为例,对羊角小学的现状进行了阐述,同时对在农村小学实行以人为本的学校管理策略的重要意义进行了分析,并对如何在农村小学中贯彻实行以人为本的学校管理策略进行了探讨。
School management is not only an integrated and complex science, but also a very complicated systematic project.
