在人们常见的合金状态图中,液相线上方无任何定义的线段。本文通过大量的差热分析及电阻率测试发现,二元Pb-Sb合金状态图液相线上方有两条未定义的曲线(虚线)。本文称这两条曲线间的区域为“异常区”。合金熔体加热至该异常区温度范围内,存在热效应及电阻率的突变;过共晶Pb-Sb合金中初晶Sb明显细化,抗拉强度提高20%以上。
In the common alloy state diagram, there is no defined line above the liquidus. This article through a large number of differential thermal analysis and resistivity test found that binary liquid state diagram Pb-Sb alloy above the two undefined curve (dotted line). This article describes the area between these two curves as an “anomalous zone.” The alloy melt is heated to the temperature range of the anomalous zone, there is a thermal effect and a sudden change in resistivity. The primary crystal Sb in the hypereutectic Pb-Sb alloy is obviously refined, and the tensile strength is increased by more than 20%.
