本文介绍了一种不锈钢缝隙腐蚀电化学试验方法,即人工缝隙试样动电位极化曲线法。设计了一种专用夹具,以16目编织尼龙网垫片在1cm~2的试样表面构成近30个小的人工缝隙,揭示缝隙腐蚀倾向敏感,结果重现性好。提出用缝隙腐蚀发生电位、极化曲线滞后环和缝隙腐蚀平均电流密度作为评定指标,以极化曲线有无滞后环判断能否发生缝隙腐蚀;以缝隙腐蚀发生电位的高低评定腐蚀发生的难易;以腐蚀平均电流密度评定缝隙腐蚀发展速度。应用本试验方法对六种不锈钢进行了试验,同时进行了化学加速试验和实海腐蚀试验,在三种试验中,几种不锈钢的缝隙腐蚀敏感性大小的顺序完全一致。
In this paper, a stainless steel crevice corrosion electrochemical test method, namely the artificial gap sample moving potential polarization curve method. A special fixture was designed. Nylon mesh washer with 16 meshes formed nearly 30 small artificial slits on the surface of 1cm ~ 2 specimen, revealing crevice corrosion tendency sensitive and good reproducibility. The crevice corrosion potentials, polarization curve hysteresis loops and crevice corrosion average current density are proposed as evaluation indexes, and crevice corrosion can be judged by whether the polarization curve has hysteresis loop or not. The rate of crevice corrosion was evaluated by the average current density of corrosion. Six kinds of stainless steels were tested by this test method, and chemical accelerated tests and real-sea corrosion tests were carried out simultaneously. In the three tests, the order of the sensitivity of crevice corrosion of several stainless steels was exactly the same.
