房地产业成熟发展的核心和枢纽环节是房地产的开发投资,它是在此流程中,位于最核心的地位。文章第一步介绍了2014年山西省房地产市场的现状,其次,依次分析了山西省房地产开发投资从促进和阻碍两方面对当地GDP的作用,得出要抑制房地产泡沫的结论。最后,根据本文的研究内容,提出了相关的政策建议和对2015年山西省房地产市场的展望,便于政府加强对房地产业的宏观调控,保持房地产业和国民经济的协调发展。
Real estate development and development of the core and pivotal part of the real estate development and investment, it is in this process, is located at the core position.
