公司前身为中国航空工业总公司保定向阳精密机械厂,始建于1964年,2000年由中国航空工业第二集团公司与中国航空技术进出口总公司共同发起改制为有限责任公司。是国家大二型、高新技术企业,拥有自营出口权,通过了ISO9001:2000国际质量管理体系认证。 公司下设组合夹具厂、锯床厂、宇航设备分公司、模具标准件厂,拥有一个全资企业——保定向阳航空精密模具厂和一个中外合资企业——保定倍力精密机械有限
The company formerly known as China Aviation Industry Corporation Baoding Yang Precision Machinery Factory, was founded in 1964. In 2000, China Aviation Industry Corporation No.2 and China Aviation Technology Import and Export Corporation co-sponsored restructuring into a limited liability company. It is a national second-class, high-tech enterprise, has the right to self-export, passed the ISO9001: 2000 international quality management system certification. The company has set up a combination fixture factory, a sawing plant, an aerospace equipment branch, and a mold standard factory. It owns a wholly-owned company - Baoyang Aviation Precision Mould Factory and a Sino-foreign joint venture - Baoding Bili Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.
