五十年代初,当人们回首已执政的中国共产党走过的路程时,曾流传过八七会议是在九江召开的说法。1958年,夏衍写信问周恩来八七会议会址究竟在哪里,周恩来复信说:“八七会议是在汉口开的。”在那次生死攸关的会议上,毛泽东谈起了新姑娘上花轿盛夏的黎明。天边渐渐亮了起来,那淡青色的天际染上了一抹橙红。太阳在一片灿烂的云霞里慢慢升起,江面上波光鳞鳞。
In the early 1950s, when people looked back at the journey taken by the ruling Communist Party of China, it was widely held that the August 7th meeting was held in Jiujiang. In 1958, Xia Yan wrote a letter asking Zhou Enlai where the meeting of the Seventy-seventh Symposium was going. Zhou Enlai replied: “The August 7 Meeting was opened in Hankou.” At that vital meeting, Mao Tse-tung talked about the new girl in the flower seasons dawn. The horizon gradually brightened up, that pale blue sky dyed orange red. The sun rises slowly in a splendid cloud, with waves and scales on the river.
