实训基地是专业建设和教学实施的具体载体,承载着专业技能训练和职业素养培育的任务,对专业人才培养具有关键作用。文章结合国家教育政策、技工院校学生特点、现代物流专业特点,提出技工校院物流专业实训基地需要校内、校外两个方向建设,并阐述了建设的具体思路,为技工院校现代物流专业实训基地建设提供参考。
The training base is a concrete carrier for professional construction and teaching implementation, carrying the tasks of professional skills training and professional accomplishment cultivation, and plays a key role in cultivating specialized personnel. Combining with the national education policy, the characteristics of students in technical colleges and the characteristics of modern logistics specialty, this paper puts forward that logistics technical training base in technical school should be constructed in two directions: inside and outside the school, and elaborated the concrete ideas of construction, Construction of training base for reference.
